Margaret Dibbini
Margaret Dibbini, MS, PT

A New York state licensed Physical Therapist and the founder of Optimum Physical Therapy, a practice designed to serve individuals needing rehabilitation for functional disabilities and / or limitations.

Margaret holds an undergraduate degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She has over 15 years experience with orthopedic and manual therapy. Margaret previously practiced at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals. She has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, neurological impairments, burns/wound care and oncology conditions.

Dr. Gina Dibbini-Yaghoubi
Dr. Gina Dibbini-Yaghoubi, DPT

A New York State Licensed Physical Therapist who attained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Prior to joining Optimum Physical Therapy practice, Dr. Dibbini-Yaghoubi received advanced training in neurological, musculoskeletal, oncology and geriatric conditions at the prestigious Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center, where she worked closely with doctors on the newest treatment techniques to improve patient recovery.

Dr. Dibbini-Yaghoubi also gained in depth experience in rehabilitation, pediatrics and orthopedics through affiliations at Park Terrace Care Center in Queens and at an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation facility in New York City. This experience, combined with her intensive training in physical therapy techniques, has provided Dr. Dibbini-Yaghoubi with the necessary skills to treat traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and various neurological conditions.

Dr. Dibbini-Yaghoubi specializes in manual therapy techniques, sports injuries and orthopedic cases with an emphasis on Joint Mobilization, Manipulation, Traction and Mysofascial Release. She specializes in Kinesio Taping and Pilates where she emphasizes the importance of strengthening and stretching the body to help in musculoskeletal injuries, avoidance of injuries and treatment.
